Thank you for choosing to book with Casa Dos Torres Bed & Breakfast. We look forward to welcoming you to our family home. By making this booking you are entering an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below.
The price includes accommodation and a full buffet breakfast (with a hot option).
Vegetarians or guests with special dietary needs are catered for but we must know your requirements prior to arrival.
Booking Confirmation & Deposit:
Currently, to confirm a reservation, we do ask for a deposit (usually 20%) or credit card details.
All bookings by email are confirmed by email. Bookings by telephone are again confirmed by email.
Cancellation of booking.
By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and you agree to our terms and conditions.
Should your travel arrangements change you should inform us as soon as practicable to allow us to reallocate the room(s).
If you need to cancel a reservation, for whatever legitimate reason, we are happy to transfer your booking to another date if at all possible, should this be acceptable.
Alternatively, if the transfer of an existing booking is not feasible then any deposit paid will be refunded if the cancellation is made at least four weeks before your intended arrival. Any cancellation within four weeks of your arrival will result in the deposit being forfeited.
Any cancellation made within 1 week of arrival will result in the whole cost of your stay being payable. (Extraordinary circumstances will be taken into account.)
Non-availability of Accommodation.
We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation became unavailable for reasons of a personal nature or beyond our control and having given adequate warning. We would however attempt to offer you alternative accommodation. If this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then, had a deposit been made, we would refund all monies paid.
The balance of any payment can be made at Casa Dos Torres when you are there by either cash, credit or debit card. We do not accept Amex cards.
All credit card transactions are secure and no data collected is offered to third parties for any reason. All transactions comply with the relevant legal requirements at the time of the transaction.
Our liability would not extend beyond this refund.
Small dogs are accepted at Casa Dos Torres by prior consent.
Acceptance of Children.
We welcome children of ages 12 years and above. Younger children may be permitted on request but this information must be divulged at the time of booking.
Your accommodation will be available to you from 1.00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time as we will be busy preparing your rooms. However, you may drop off your bags, pay for your stay and collect your room keys at an earlier time by prior arrangement.
It is much appreciated if you will notify us of your estimated time of arrival (a telephone call on the day before or morning of arrival is fine).
Please ensure you contact us to let us know if you will be arriving later than 20.00pm, and inform us of your new estimated time of arrival. We do not normally accept guests after 23.00pm unless under exceptional circumstances.
Please try and vacate your room by midday, unless otherwise arranged.
If you have a late plane to catch baggage can be left in the garage and collected prior to leaving.
It is recommended not to leave opened packets of food in your rooms. These attract ants. We accept that snacks and drinks can be consumed in the rooms but care should be taken to avoid spillage etc.
There is a no smoking policy in force within Casa Dos Torres itself. .
Smoking in the garden is acceptable.
There is a fire alarm system in operation and if this is set off by guests smoking anywhere in the house you will be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit any monies paid, this is non-negotiable.
Damages and Breakages.
Please take care when staying in our home. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask is that you do report any incidents when they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge you for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant.
We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Any data collected during the course of this booking will be stored on our computer(s). With your permission we may from time to time contact you about promotions and offers. We will not share your details with any third party.
